Before Taylor White begins its search for the right candidate, we meet with you in person to gain a better understanding of your company's culture. While we're experts at assessing a candidate's technical skills, it's equally important to make sure the individual's personality is a good fit - since it's likely you'll be spending a lot of time together.
When the search begins, we don't simply rely on web job postings. Instead, we take a hands-on approach to recruiting. After all, the best candidates aren't necessarily looking for a new career.
What's more, we personally screen and meet with all candidates upfront to identify their unique skills and talents. We also check a minimum of two references on every candidate we represent. These references are primarily the candidate's former supervisors and offer valuable insight to the level of skill a candidate brings to the table as well as intangibles like work ethic and interpersonal skills with supervisors and co-workers.
